We’re sorry your order didn’t work out, so let us make things right. Please have a read through our return requirements.
Returns for IN STORE purchases only:
Exchanges/Credits considered within 7 days. Must be accompanied by receipt, in original packaging with all tags in unworn condition. No cash Refunds. All sale items are final. All consignment purchases are final. 
​Refund for ONLINE orders only:
Receive a refund for your item (not including shipping and handling fees incurred) back to your original payment method within 5 business days of your item being received at Boundless Beauty for return.
​Eligibility Window for refund on online orders only:
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to Boundless Beauty within 14 days of your delivery date, with a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 14 days of the shipment delivery date.

Packaging Requirements:
Apparel: Must be unworn/undamaged with original tags in saleable condition.
Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund.
Shoes: Must be returned with original shoebox. Please place it inside a larger packing box or wrap it in brown paper. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox are non-refundable and will receive no refund.
Non Apparel Items: Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are none refundable and will receive no refund.
​What happens if I bought an item on sale?
Please note that all sale and consignment items are final purchase.

​Shipping:
Products ship out of Port Alberni, BC, Canada. We ship to Canada, USA, and international. Shipping and handling charges will be applied when order is placed. We are not responsible for any import duties, or fees.
​How long does it take for my order to ship and arrive?
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, between 1-5 business days. Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during holidays. Please email or call us if your need your ordered shipped out as quickly as possible.
Once your order is shipped, your transit time will vary depending on your shipping option, destination country, and the customs process for your country.
