This is my personal favorite blend, and I wear it daily as my perfume. Its also my go to when I am feeling overwhelmed or anxious. I apply it to my wrists/chest and take some deep slow breaths in and out. It is truly amazing how much it helps. It smells so good with a blend of so many fantastic oils like black spruce, orange, bergamot, rose, ylang ylang and more! Made in Canada
